Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance
You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance of the appointment time without financial consequence. Please contact me by telephone.
Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment time
Regardless of the reason for cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the session fee when you cancel within 24 hours before your appointment.
Arriving late
I want you to arrive on time so that you get the most out of your session. If you're late, I ask that it have consequences for your time -- not mine.
